What do your services cost?
Our fee for Bookkeeping varies depending on whether you are in need of monthly, quarterly or annual bookkeeping. If you decide on a monthly package you will get a discounted rate. We offer an initial free consultation in order to determine your needs and then you will be given a client engagement letter that will detail your needs and the associated fees.
What are your business hours?
Our hours are flexible and by appointment only. You can contact us directly to make an appointment.
Will you replace my current CPA?
We can assume the bookkeeping responsibilities that your accountant currently provides for you at a much more reasonable price. However, you will need to keep your current CPA to prepare your income tax returns. If you do not have a CPA, we can offer referrals to CPAs within our network.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through Paypal.
Where are you located?
We are located in Louisa County, Virginia also known as the Lake Anna Area in Virginia. We can work with clients located in any city in the United States as much of the work is done electronically.
